Winemaker's Notes:
We created "OnAir"
as a tribute to our friends at Capital Public Radio that have the
mission to serve the public. They create
a sense of community bringing people together to enhance their lives.
"OnAir" is a blend of 35% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20%
Touriga Nacional, 10% Zinfandel, 5% Cabernet Franc, Every component has been
individually crafted and aged in French oak barrels for at least 2 years.
This is an elegant and well
balanced wine, rich in dark berry aromas, that carry to the palate adding
savory, smoky and spicy flavors. The
finish is long with an abundance of smooth tannins.
